We are currently looking for an experienced Partner Attorney to join our dynamic firm, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of startups and tech companies.
 

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:
 

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, with a strong foundation in the startup ecosystem. Having been a Founder or working in a startup is required.

• Proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and analysis.

• Extensive knowledge and experience with SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity), convertible notes, and aiding startups in their funding processes.

• In-depth understanding of startup journey from pre-seed to series A to exit.

• Experience in intellectual property law, specifically in Trademark and Copyright, to safeguard our clients' most valuable assets.

• Experience in drafting and reviewing Founder Agreements, employment agreements, contractor agreements, NDAs.

• Skilled in the creation and negotiation of Stock Purchase Agreements, facilitating smooth and secure equity transactions for our clients.
   

Opportunity:
