HOW IT WORKS
1. Order and complete a short questionnaire about your product and data practices.
2. Spend one full hour with an attorney working through your intake in detail.
3. We draft every document against your specific answers.
4. You review, request your revision, and we deliver and host the final policies.Most packages are delivered within five business days of your attorney hour.
PRICING
Startup and Go and Accelerator plan members: $999 for all four documents, with annual hosting and law updates included at no cost while your plan is active.
Non-members: $1,299 for Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Cookie Policy and EULA are $150 each. All four documents are $1,599. Annual hosting and law updates are $99 per year.
REVISIONS
One revision is included after your initial review. Additional revisions are $300 per revision request after that.
ANNUAL HOSTING AND LAW UPDATES
Hosting of your policies at stable URLs you can link from your site and app, one scheduled attorney review each year, updates whenever a regulatory change affects your jurisdictions, and version history so you can show what your policy said on any given date.
StartupTechLaw, PLLC is a law firm. You are a client, the engagement is covered by an engagement letter, and your communications are privileged. That is the difference between this and a software subscription.
