Cancellation Policy

Clients may book and cancel appointments up to 1 hour prior to the scheduled time. If a client fails to cancel or does not attend the meeting, the time will be deducted from their monthly available time and will not be refundable. Any additional time beyond the monthly allocation will be billed at standard hourly rates. Monthly consultations are non-transferable and expire at the end of every month. This policy ensures efficient scheduling and respects the time commitments of both the client and the attorney. StartupTechLaw, PLLC reserves the right to cancel or request a reschedule of any appointment at any time.
